II Meeting of Rural Women of the Family Farming Sector

Representatives of the social organizations Asociación Agropecuaria Sembrando Futuro of Los Andes parish, Asociación de Productores, Comerciantes Vuelta del Músico of Mira parish and Productora Independiente of Bolívar parish, participated in the II Meeting of Rural Women of Family Farming organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG). The participating representatives attended the event with the objective of sharing and exchanging experiences with representatives of Imbabura and Pichincha to deepen and emphasize the work that rural women carry out in agriculture, food sovereignty, care of natural resources, care of the family, and transmission of traditional knowledge.
